Overview. Dirty Labs is seeking a creative and strategic digital marketer with 3-5+ years experience working in a direct to consumer and/or a start-up environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the CMO and work closely with agency partners and contractors.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across Dirty Labs’s digital channels including but not limited to paid social media platforms, SEO/SEM, display, and email marketing.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns to optimize for customer acquisition and retention.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Plan and execute experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with designer and copywriter to develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designer and copywriter to develop and optimize email flows and campaigns.
Collaborate with web team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
A passion for sustainability.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a digital or performance marketing role.
In-depth knowledge of various digital and social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and customer-focused.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
