Shipping & Returns
Orders & Shipping
Orders will generally take about 5–7 business days to arrive. Standard orders received before 12pm CST will typically be processed the same day, and standard orders received after 12pm CST will be processed the next business day. Expedited orders received before 3pm CST will be processed the same day. Standard shipping will take 5-7 days via DHL or FedEx Smart Post for the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via DHL or FedEx SmartPost. Alaska and Hawaii shipping times may vary and can take up to 2-4 weeks.
A flat shipping fee of $7 is added for standard delivery, and we offer free standard shipping on orders of $30 or more. Taxes will automatically be calculated at checkout.
Dirty Labs products are currently only available in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not yet shipping internationally or to APO/FPO. Please subscribe to our email list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
We are unable to make changes to shipping speed or delivery address once the carrier has your package. Dirty Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or incorrectly addressed packages. If an order is returned by the carrier, we will automatically issue a refund when it arrives at our warehouse.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund on your first product order within 30 days of your purchase by reaching out via our contact page and including your order number.
Dirty Labs cannot cancel orders once they are placed, but please contact email@example.com with your order number to see how we might be able to assist you.
