Yes, our detergents are suitable for washing with hard water, as well as ground water or well water. Although we do include a biobased water softener in our detergent, there could be extra ionized calcium and magnesium in ground and well water which makes it very hard, even leaving mineral deposits on clothes. In this case, we suggest increasing the detergent dosage or using our detergent and booster in combination. If needed, you could even apply hot water to the wash and rinse cycles. Additionally, adding diluted white vinegar as a fabric softener in the rinsing cycle should help as well.
Yes, Dirty Labs Bio Enzyme Detergents are safe for activewear and technical apparel. Our ingredients are extra gentle on fabrics and are designed to specifically target hard-to- reach stains often trapped in the complex weave and channels of moisture-wicking fabrics. Our detergents also include a built-in softening technology that will not damage moisture-wicking and waterproof technologies like traditional fabric softeners.
Dirty Labs Bio Enzyme Detergents are designed to tackle the toughest stains and odors. For extra tough stains, we recommend adding our Bio Enzyme Laundry Booster, which is specifically designed to boost the performance of the Phytolase® enzymes in our Bio Laundry Detergents. We promise to deliver conventional levels of cleaning or better, or your money back.
